Enrolling at Oakhill College

Please complete an online Expression of Interest (EOI) form and pay the non‑refundable $165 fee. After submitting your EOI, you will receive an acknowledgement and be placed on the College’s list for that year group.

Once your EOI has been received, the College will contact you at the appropriate intake time with an Enrolment Application link. Families applying outside the main intake periods will receive the link once their EOI is processed and applications are open.

For boys entering Year 7, an Enrolment Application link is sent two years prior to commencement (Year 5) for families who apply before applications close. After the initial intake and first round of offers are released, applications reopen later that year. Late EOIs will receive an application link once applications have reopened for future round reduced offers.

For girls entering Year 11, an Enrolment Application link is sent one year prior to commencement (Year 10) for families who apply before applications close. Families who apply later will receive the link when their Expression of Interest is submitted.

For Years 8, 9 and 10, an application link will be sent once the Expression of Interest has been submitted. Applications for these year groups are processed only when vacancies arise, and intake during these times is limited.

The College does not accept enrolments for Year 12.

Oakhill College’s Enrolment Committee carefully reviews all applications using the information provided by families. Each application is considered in a holistic and balanced way to ensure we understand the needs, strengths and readiness of every student.

Selected applicants and their parents/carers will be invited to attend an interview with a senior staff member, so we can get to know your family and discuss your enrolment.

If your application is successful, you will be offered a place at Oakhill College. To secure your position, you will need to accept the offer and pay the enrolment and administration fee by the due date. If these fees are not received by the due date, the place will be offered to another candidate.

The confirmation fee is non‑refundable and non‑transferable if you choose to cancel or defer enrolment. It is not deducted from tuition fees.

Applicants who are not offered a position in the current offer round for Year 7 and 11, will remain on the waiting list. For these year groups, there are further rounds of offers leading up to the commencement of the cohort.

For Years 8-10, interviews and offers can only be made if places become available. There is no need to check in with the Registrar's office on your application. The Registrar will contact you when a position becomes available.

Interviews and offers may occur at any time throughout the year.

To keep your child's name active on the waiting list, please provide updated school reports, NAPLAN results and any other relevant documentation as they become available.
