Plans are well underway for our 16th annual Oakhill College Gala Day on Saturday 25th May. Gala Day is a community day for the whole family full of sports, rides, food and market stalls, books, baskets and so much more. There are many ways to get involved before and on the day:
Sponsorship/Goods & Services Donations
A key driver of Gala Day is local business support which not only enhances brand visibility within our community but contributes to the realisation of the College’s fundraising goals. In addition to traditional sponsorship packages, we welcome contributions in the form of services or goods for our silent auction and prize giving on the day.
Your support of the Oakhill Community is deeply valued and appreciated. It is in the spirit of partnership that your participation in any capacity, greatly enriches the event experience for our attendees and helps make GD such a success.

Raffle
Once again, the P&F have secured an incredible First Prize - a 2024 Mazda CX-3 Sport. 6 speed automatic, 2 litre petrol, front wheel drive, snowflake pearl colour, 5 years manufacturer warranty. Premium plates, registration, CTP and Stamp Duty included. Valued at $32,900.
Tickets are $10.00 each and are on sale Friday 12th April until Saturday 25th May 2024 at 1:45pm

Basket Stall
One of our most popular stalls is the basket stall which has an impressive reputation at Gala Day due to the large range of baskets available including beauty products, gourmet food, chocolates,all things baking, cleaning products and much more This is due to the support of Oakhill College families in generously donating all the items needed to put these baskets together.
To ensure we have an even spread of items, please find the list below of items we ask you to bring to your Tutor Teachers or House Deans before Wednesday 10th May: 2024 Gift Baskets Consolidated

The holidays are a great time to see what pre-loved books you can donate to the Gala Day book stall. Although we appreciate your donations of pre-loved books, please keep in mind that it costs us money to dispose of unsuitable donations. Please be sure to ONLY donate what is on the list below:
