*Sibling discounts apply to the Tuition Fee only.

** Years 11 and 12 TVET course fees are billed to individual accounts (if applicable). Up to approximately 66% of this fee is refunded by CSNSW (Catholic Schools NSW) in December 2020.

A Late Payment Fee of $150 is applied to overdue school fee accounts after each due date, to the maximum of $300pa.

Explanation of Fees

Technology fee: This includes technology support, WiFi and all the required application software (including Office 365) students require.

Year Levy: This includes all compulsory activities for the Year group, such as camps, retreats, excursions and class activities.

Capital Levy: This assists with capital refurbishments at the College, enhancing facilities and improving learning environments.

Voluntary Tax-Deductible Building Fund Contribution: Contributions to the Building Fund are voluntary donations and tax-deductible. The College encourages the community to support the College’s Master Plan by donating to the Building Fund.

BYOD: Oakhill College operates a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) laptop program. This creates a greater sense of ownership and connection between the student and the device. The device must be ‘laptop’ or ‘laptop-style’ and needs to be purchased separately, prior to commencement at Oakhill College.

Optional Activities: Some co-curricular sports and other co-curricular activities will be paid upon registration through Trybooking.

Oakhill College fees are billed at the start of each calendar year.

FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Oakhill College offers fee payment options to pay your fees. School Easy Pay allows you to select the payment frequency and direct debit options from a bank account or credit card. Options include: monthly or fortnightly instalment plans or pay on the due dates in Terms 1-3. College Uniform: The College uniform can be purchased from the Oakhill College Uniform Shop, located in the De La Salle Building. The current price list is available on the College website.
