Science and Mathematics Teacher

Oakhill College is seeking to appoint an innovative and passionate Science and Maths Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of scientific and mathematical concepts, and a strong commitment to delivering engaging and impactful lessons across a range of topics. This role involves providing guidance and support to students, fostering a love of learning, and contributing to the academic and pastoral care of all students. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience in the areas of:
• Ability to teach Science and Mathematics;
• Planning, implementing, and evaluating effective teaching and learning strategies to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
• Assessing, providing feedback, and reporting on student learning;
• Developing teaching programs across all stages preferred however not essential;
• Ability to implement new syllabi;
• Managing student behaviour;
• Knowledge of current pedagogy.
