Teachers and Support Staff appointed to Oakhill are expected to be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of the College and be prepared to become actively involved in the life of the College. Teachers are able to demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning, innovation in teaching practice and an enthusiasm for integrating technology in the delivery of learning.
For all teaching positions, the willingness and capacity to teach Religious Education or Studies of Religion is an advantage.
