ICT Database and Web Manager

Permanent, Full Time. Commencing Term 1 2017.

Oakhill college is seeking to appoint a full-time ICT Database/Web Manager. As a new addition to the ICT Services Team, this exciting role forms a key part of the College’s strategy moving forward. The ICT Database and Web manager will take ownership of the present family of database and web systems that underpin all facets of the College ranging from learning management, administration, content management, student information and data analytics. This role provides the successful candidate with excellent work-life balance as well as the benefits of solid career progression supported by professional learning opportunities. The position is offered as full-time, permanent and attracts 5 weeks Annual Leave per annum.

Human Resources (HR) Manager

Full time permanent, commencing Term 2 2017

Oakhill College is seeking to appoint a HR Manager to assist the College’s Principal and Bursar and Operations Manager with the overall development and implementation of human resource policies and practices including the following key responsibilities:

  • recruitment,
  • contracts,
  • induction,
  • termination,
  • job descriptions
  • performance management,
  • employment related policy development,
  • staff support and wellbeing,
  • performance appraisals,
  • industrial relations and Multi-Enterprise Agreements and/or Awards
  • grievance procedures
  • compliance related issues
  • organization related to Professional Development

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in HR and a minimum of 5 year’s experience. Experience working in a school and/or an independent school will be an advantage.
