Oakhill College is seeking to appoint a HR Manager to assist the College’s Principal and Bursar and Operations Manager with the overall development and implementation of human resource policies and practices including the following key responsibilities:
- job descriptions
- performance management,
- employment related policy development,
- staff support and wellbeing,
- performance appraisals,
- industrial relations and Multi-Enterprise Agreements and/or Awards
- grievance procedures
- compliance related issues
- organization related to Professional Development
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in HR and a minimum of 5 year’s experience. Experience working in a school and/or an independent school will be an advantage.
